Hi Michael,
I'm another who mistakenly failed to read your stuff earlier.

A quick scanning gives me incentive to read it more carefully for a deeper understanding of how you come to great phrases like: "Context is everything."

On simplicity: I've had a wonderful 1993 essay on my web site for years about "The Architecture of Simplicity." where Danny Miller starts with analysis of how business simplifies for profit, then fails to innovate and then discusses the enacted reality of Maturana!!
http://www.burlgrey.com/constructivism/miller/miller1.htm

Thanks,
I'll see if I can say anything useful later.
